Sara Kane has devoted a large portion of her career to the renewable energy sector and came to CAC from Beecher Carlson where she was Managing Director in the Global Energy Practice. Prior to Beecher Carlson she served as risk manager at SunEdison, a large manufacturer of renewable energy equipment and owner/operator of renewable energy projects and helped navigate the insurance components of a complicated bankruptcy proceeding. She has also spent nearly a decade working on the carrier side of the insurance industry, holding underwriting and product development positions at AXIS Capital, GCube Insurance Services, and AIG.
