Clark serves as the Impact Capital Manager of US Bank’s Environmental Finance Originations group, where he focuses on providing financing solutions to sponsor partners that center environmental justice, racial equity, and sustainability in their development approach. Clark is responsible for working with developers and community leaders to invest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure in the United States and federally-recognized tribal lands. Before stepping into his role as Impact Capital Manager, Clark structured and underwrote 2.7 GW of tax equity investments in utility-scale and C&I PV, utility-scale and C&I wind, residential PV, and community solar projects in 20 states for US Bank. Prior to joining the bank, he served as a Program Director for Lighthouse Relief, a Swedish non-governmental organization that provides nautical emergency response for refugees seeking asylum in Greece and psychosocial support programming for refugee populations living in Greek refugee camps.
