Cubico Sustainable Investment – US Country Head – responsible for the management and operations of Cubico’s existing renewable portfolio, and overall execution of Cubico’s renewable strategy, including, the development, construction, and financing of new renewable investments. Cubico’s currently has a portfolio of 900 MW of renewable assets in the US and over 5.2GW of operating renewable projects across twelve countries. Prior to Cubico, Stacey was the Senior Vice President at Berkshire Hathaway Energy Investment Group. She is a project finance executive with proven track record leading deal teams, negotiating term sheets, transactions documents and underwriting transactions including asset level diligence and complex renewable energy tax credit structure resulting in $3.6 billion in tax equity transactions to enable close to 5,000 megawatts of new and repowered wind projects. In addition, directly oversaw, executed, and implemented 2,400 megawatts of solar and wind physical power purchase agreements, 260 megawatts in solar acquisitions, 800 megawatts of coal replacement with gas and solar, 500 megawatts of green tariff solar projects for commercial and industrial customers, 400 megawatts of wind tax equity, 50 megawatt solar and battery site development, and over a billion megawatt-hours of notional equivalent in power, gas, and weather derivatives.
