Todd Kice

Todd Kice is the Managing Director of Originations for Leyline Renewable Capital, a development-stage capital provider for renewable energy projects throughout the United States. In this role, Todd is responsible for both developing relationships with renewable energy project developers and connecting them to Leyline’s capital solutions.

Prior to joining Leyline, Todd spent thirteen years as a solar developer, the last ten working with Hecate Energy. During his tenure at Hecate Energy, he helped finance 2,491 MW of solar projects currently operating or under construction, and built a pipeline that included 3.2 GW in PPA negotiations plus over 15 GW of early-stage large utility scale projects.

Todd’s career also includes work in clean energy finance both as a finance manager for OCI Solar Power and as a financial analyst at Enfinity America, developing and financing commercial solar projects. Todd is a graduate of Duke University and received his MBA from the University of Kansas.
