Scott Cockerham

Scott Cockerham is a Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Power, Renewables & Energy Transition practice based in Houston.  His expertise is in strategic advisory, business valuation, business transformation, merger integration, transaction due diligence, and restructuring advisory.  He has worked in a number of commodity-reliant industries, including Solar, Battery Storage (BESS), Testing and Inspection (TIC), EPC, Metals, Mining, Maritime, and all three streams of Oil & Gas.

Mr. Cockerham has served in a number of interim officer assignments on behalf of clients, as well as Chief Financial Officer of a TIC company, Chief Executive Officer of an Investment Bank, Chief Development Officer of a multi-platform energy portfolio, and Head of Corporate Development for an E&P company.  He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BS from the United States Naval Academy.
