Izabela Okon-Uribe is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in Renewable Energy and Construction Execution. In her current position as Director of Quality and Document Management she is building out Standard Operating Procedures and Processes to excel in execution and delivery of projects. Over the course of 13 years at Pattern Energy Group Izabela Okon-Uribe development of the Project Controls department from the ground up . She has coordinated with cross functional teams to implement Document Management software, ERP systems and best practices for Financing, Budget Modeling and Reporting.

With a strong commitment to innovation and collaboration, Izabela Okon-Uribe is always looking to grow and mentor her teams.
