Neha Mahajan

Neha is a Director with CRC-IB. She has 7+ years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and project finance predominantly in the solar, storage, and wind sectors. Neha provides financing structuring and transaction management, including corporate M&A, project finance, and tax capital structuring and negotiation with over $3B raised for renewable energy to date. She has led numerous renewable energy financings for utility-scale and distributed generation solar, storage, and wind portfolios in the U.S.

Before joining CRC-IB, Neha worked with EY’s Transaction Advisory practice where she led cross functional teams in the development and execution of growth and investment strategies for both private equity and corporate clients to deliver significant top-line/EBITDA improvements.

Neha received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from College of William and Mary and a B.A. in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
