Jessie Robbins

Jessie Robbins is Senior Vice President and Head of Project Finance at Pine Gate Renewables, where she leads efforts in project debt, tax equity, and broader capital formation. She is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing financing for Pine Gate’s extensive pipeline of utility-scale solar and storage assets across the U.S., with a focus on developing innovative financing solutions in collaboration with market-leading partners.

Prior to joining Pine Gate, Jessie led the tax equity strategy at Generate Capital, where she structured first-of-their-kind financing solutions for a range of sustainable infrastructure technologies. She also held key roles at Sol Systems, working across project acquisitions, capital origination, investor relations, and both tax equity and debt structuring.

Earlier in her career, Jessie held research positions at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton and the Earth Policy Institute.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where she studied Science, Technology, and International Affairs, concentrating in Energy and the Environment, and earned a certificate in International Development.
