John Dallapiazza

John Dallapiazza is the Director of US Utility Sales for Trina Solar. With more than eleven years of experience at Trina, John has an extensive history of selling PV solar modules to large scale Developers, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), EPCs and financiers. He started in solar PV in 2005 and was the 22nd person in the state of Colorado to achieve NABCEP Installer certification in 2008. He has been involved in nearly every aspect of the PV industry starting with residential sales and installation, physical site layouts and electrical diagrams, permits, residential, commercial. Since 2012, he has been focused on utility scale solar PV sales and business development for Trina’s multiple product offerings.

John is a three-time recipient of Trina’s Global Outstanding Contribution Award. As a direct result of his sales, over 3.5 GW of PV modules have been delivered, making him the largest individual watt contributor for Trina Solar US and top 5 sales for Trina Solar globally.
